HERBAL RIMEDIES

Community

Gather. Grow. Feel Good Together.

HERBAL RIMEDIES is a wellness house, not a warehouse. The point of the shelf is the room: small gatherings in Fort Worth where tea gets poured, journals get opened, and nobody has to perform being fine.

What to expect

Small rooms, honest conversation, no performance required

Every gathering happens at 2909 Prospect Ave in Fort Worth unless the listing says otherwise. Sessions are intentionally small so people can actually hear each other. You can come alone. You can sit quietly. You can leave early.

Each listing tells you the exact address or virtual link, how long it runs, whether it costs anything, how many seats are left, the accessibility details of the room, age guidance, and the cancellation policy — before you register, not after.

Wellness here is something you make. Blends get chosen, journals get filled in your own handwriting, and gatherings take the shape of whoever shows up — bring your hands, your questions, and your own ideas.

The formats

Six ways we gather

See every gathering
  • Tea & Truth

A guided tea and community conversation. One pot, one question, and room to answer honestly.

    Who it is for

Adults who want a slower room and a real conversation.

  • Journal & Heal

A facilitated reflection workshop built around prompts, quiet writing time, and optional sharing.

    Who it is for

Anyone starting or restarting a writing practice. No experience needed.

  • Family Wellness Saturday

Intergenerational wellness and joy — tea, movement, story, and activities that work across ages.

    Who it is for

Families and caregivers. Minors register with a guardian.

  • Herbal Basics 101

Ingredient literacy and responsible everyday use: how to read a label, what a claim really means, when to ask a professional.

    Who it is for

Curious beginners who want plain language, not hype.

  • Food, Memory & Family

Recipes, cultural stories, and non-shaming food journaling. We talk about the food we were handed and what we keep.

    Who it is for

Anyone who wants a kinder relationship with food and family history.

  • Rest Is Part of the Work

A community conversation about rest, boundaries, and routines that survive a hard week.

    Who it is for

People who are tired of being told to push harder.

Values and boundaries

How we hold the room

These are not aspirations. They are the rules we run every gathering by, and you can hold us to them.

  • You can come exactly as you are

Come alone. Sit quietly. Leave early if you need to. Nobody is asked to share, perform, or explain themselves to get in the room.

  • Rooms stay small on purpose

Seats are capped so people can actually hear each other. When a gathering fills, registration moves to a waitlist instead of squeezing the room.

  • Everything is disclosed before you register

The listing tells you the exact address or virtual link, how long it runs, what it costs, how many seats are left, the accessibility details of the room, age guidance, and the cancellation policy.

  • Families register together

Minors register with a guardian, and family formats are written to work across ages rather than asking children to sit through an adult workshop.

  • Photos are shared only with permission

We ask before a photo or a story from a gathering is published anywhere, and a no is a complete answer.

  • Community and education, not clinical care

Our gatherings are not medical treatment, group therapy, counseling, or individualized healthcare, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Every listing says so plainly.

Herbal Rimedies provides products and education for general wellness and reflection. Information on this site is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Host something with us

Libraries, churches, schools, nonprofits, salons, clinics, and neighborhood groups — if you have a room and people who need rest, we will bring the tea and the prompts. Tell us what you are hoping the room feels like and we will build the session around it.

Hear about gatherings first

Dates are announced in The Wellness Letter before they reach the calendar, because rooms are small and they fill. Choose Fort Worth events as your interest and you will only get the announcements you asked for.
