Our Wellness Standard
Honest information is part of the care.
Our Wellness Standard is the working framework behind every product page, ingredient profile, and policy on this site. It is written down so you can hold us to it.
Transparent ingredient and material information
Every sellable product lists what is inside it, in descending order by weight where that applies, along with the form each ingredient takes. Journals list paper, binding, and dimensions. If we cannot describe a material accurately yet, the product stays a labeled concept.
Accurate labeling
Net quantity, directions, cautions, and storage guidance on this site must match the physical label on the product in your hands. When a label changes, the site changes with it.
Responsible wellness language
We describe routines and experiences, not outcomes. We do not say a product will cure, treat, detox, or guarantee anything, and we do not borrow medical authority we have not earned.
Clear use directions and cautions
Directions are written for the exact product, not for the ingredient in general. Allergen notes, interaction notes, and pregnancy, nursing, and child-use guidance appear before you buy, not after.
Documented claims
Educational statements link to primary or authoritative sources you can read yourself. We do not publish invented studies or AI-generated citations. Statements that require a qualified reviewer carry a reviewer field and a last-reviewed date.
Respectful sourcing and vendor information
We name what we can verify about where materials come from and who supplies them. Where a supply chain has not been documented end to end, we say so rather than implying more.
Thoughtful packaging choices
Packaging is chosen for protection, honesty, and reuse where practical. We will not describe packaging as recyclable, compostable, or sustainable without the specific standard and local reality to back it.
Customer feedback and continuous review
Reviews and questions are published without suppressing legitimate criticism. Ingredient pages, policies, and product copy carry review dates and are revisited on a schedule.
What we are not claiming yet
Several of the most common wellness claims require an exact standard, documented evidence, a verified supply chain, and a named review authority. Until those exist for a specific product, HERBAL RIMEDIES does not make the claim — even where competitors do.
- A fixed "never list" of excluded ingredients
- "Organic", "clean", "non-toxic", or "chemical-free"
- "Safe for kids" or "doctor approved"
- Sustainability or carbon promises
- Clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic benefit
When one of these is established for a product, it will appear on that product page with the standard, the evidence, and the date it was reviewed.
Concept products stay concepts
Our herbal and body-care items are published as clearly labeled concepts and cannot be added to a cart. They become purchasable only after formulation, net quantity, directions, cautions, allergens, and label copy are finalized and approved.
Education is separated from selling
Articles and ingredient profiles in the Herbal Library are written to inform, and product links are marked as products. Reading about an herb is never framed as a prescription to buy one.
Tell us where we fall short
If a label, direction, caution, or claim on this site is unclear or wrong, we want to hear it and correct it.
