General approach
Return eligibility is set per product and shown on the product page. Sealed, unused journals and other eligible goods follow the owner-approved return window. Opened ingestible, topical, bath, personalized, clearance, or perishable goods may be treated differently where the law allows.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will make it right.
Refunds
