Our target
HERBAL RIMEDIES aims to meet **WCAG 2.2 Level AA**. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not a task for later.
What is in place
- A skip link to the main content on every page
- Keyboard operation for navigation, search, filters, dialogs, cart, and account controls
- Visible focus indicators that are never removed
- Semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, and error messages tied to their fields
- Alt text on meaningful images and empty alt attributes on decorative ones
- Color contrast tested against the brand palette, with no status communicated by color alone
- Support for `prefers-reduced-motion`
- Touch targets of approximately 44 by 44 pixels
- Layouts tested from 320px through wide desktop, including zoom and reflow
Known gaps
Third-party checkout, payment, and map components will be re-tested once those providers are connected. On-site physical accessibility details for 2909 Prospect Ave will be published when the owner confirms them.
