How does local pickup work?

Choose local pickup at checkout on eligible items, then select an available pickup window. Your order is not ready until you receive the Ready for Pickup message — please wait for it before coming by. You will move through three statuses: Preparing, Ready, and Picked Up.

Do you ship outside Fort Worth?

Domestic shipping will be available at launch. Zones, rates, handling times, and free-shipping thresholds are being configured and will be published on the Shipping & Local Pickup page before ordering opens.

Why do some products say “concept”?

Concept products are in staging. Their pricing, formulation, ingredient list, net quantity, directions, and cautions have not been finalized and approved yet, so they cannot be purchased. We would rather show you what is coming than publish an incomplete label.

On eligible products you can choose delivery every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks and save 10%. You will see the renewal price, frequency, and next billing date before you pay, and you can skip, pause, change frequency, update payment, or cancel from your account at any time.

It is a paid membership — $12 a month or $120 a year — with 15% off eligible one-time products, 5% off monthly boxes, early access, member-only journal prompts, quarterly gatherings when scheduled, and free shipping from $50. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online.

Do member and Subscribe & Save discounts stack?

No. The member discount and the Subscribe & Save discount do not combine — we automatically apply whichever one saves you more. Gift cards, taxes, shipping, event donations, and excluded limited items do not receive discounts.

It does not. There is no calorie tracking, no good-food or bad-food language, and no weight-loss promise. It is built around meals, cultural foods, family recipes, hunger and fullness cues, and how eating actually felt.
