**This policy is a working draft.** It has been prepared so the structure is in place, and it must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel for the exact products and jurisdictions HERBAL RIMEDIES serves before the store opens to the public.

Local pickup

Pickup is offered at 2909 Prospect Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76106 for eligible in-stock items.

1. Pickup appears at checkout only when the item is eligible and in stock at the pickup location. 2. You choose an available pickup window. 3. Your confirmation will say the order is **not ready until you receive the Ready for Pickup message**. 4. Staff move the order through Preparing, then Ready, then Picked Up. 5. You receive a ready notice, a reminder, and a final receipt.

Parking, entrance, accessibility, identification, proxy pickup, and abandoned-order details will be published here once the owner configures them.

Shipping

Domestic shipping zones, rates, handling times, package weights, tracking, and delivery estimates are being configured. Free shipping is planned from $75 for all customers and from $50 for Wellness Circle members. We will not promise delivery dates a carrier cannot guarantee.
