What renews
Three things can renew automatically: Subscribe & Save product orders, monthly boxes, and Wellness Circle membership. Each one shows its price, billing frequency, renewal date, and cancellation terms before you pay, and each one requires your affirmative consent.
Managing a subscription
From your account you can skip a shipment, pause, reschedule, change frequency, swap where a swap is available, update payment, and cancel. There is no phone call, no retention maze, and no hidden cancellation step.
Monthly boxes
Boxes bill monthly until canceled. Contents rotate, and any substitution will be of equal or greater value with advance notice when practical. Preference fields are available, but allergen-free fulfillment is not promised unless it has been operationally verified.
Gift subscriptions
Prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month gift terms do not auto-renew unless the buyer expressly opts in.
Membership cancellation
Cancel a membership at any time online. Benefits continue through the end of the paid term and then stop. Membership discounts apply only while a membership is active and paid.
Failed payments
If a payment fails you will be notified and given a chance to update your payment method before the subscription is affected.
