Contents and rotation policy
Contents rotate month to month. HERBAL RIMEDIES may substitute only with an item of equal or greater value and will notify you in advance when practical. Preference fields are available, but allergen-free fulfillment cannot be promised until it is operationally verified.
Renewal, cutoff, and cancellation
Billed monthly until canceled. You will see the order cutoff, renewal date, and expected shipping window before you pay, and you can skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account.
You stay in control
Once a box is active, skipping a cycle, pausing, changing how often it arrives, and cancelling are all self-service from your account. No phone call and no email required, and a reminder goes out before each renewal so there is time to change it.
